Generating the TOS (terms of service) and PP (privacy policy) can be arduous. One way to speed things up is to borrow someone else's TOS and PP, then tailor them to your needs. Simply taking someone else's work however violates copyrights and is not a nice thing to do.

Luckily some people have paid to have a TOS and PP drawn up and licenced it to be used by anyone, and modified as desired. Using one of these documents can greatly reduce the time required to finish the document. We are using the documents produced by the kind folks at Automattic. They have open sourced both their TOS and Privacy Policy.

Doing this can still take a bit of time, since you need to go through it line by line tailoring it to your needs. That's why we threw this together. Simply enter your information and both documents will be generated for you.

You will still need to go through this to make sure everything is ok for your specific product/service. You should further consult with a lawyer to make sure everything is ok.
